Description

These wonderful little yellow flowers grew on a grave in Assistens Kirkegården at Nørrebro in Copenhagen. The grave was full of them, and seemed very yellow - but in the perimeter there was this old dark metal fence, and outside it, none of the flowers grew. Only these couple of outsiders looked through the fence, almost tasting freedom :)

I would first of all like to hear from you what the photo makes you think of - and why it does that :meow: Secondly, what do you think of the colors and the focus in the picture? How well executed do you think it is? Any feedback is appreciated!

After all the wonderful feedback I've gotten, the main problem with the photo seemed to be the dead flower to the right. I've made a new cut of the photo, to get rid of that. You can see it here:

Have you ever seen the movie or read the book, 'The Secret Garden?' That's what this picture makes me think of. When I see it I think about that garden growing in its own, struggling to be seen and freed, for people to gaze on it and wonder, but its locked away inside the gates so that only those who have the key can see. Its a wonderful concept. I adore it honestly. I would have liked the iron bars a bit less focused. If you have a photoshop perhaps you can do that, but over all the technique was very nice. I actually enjoy the very slight tip of the picture so that's its not perfectly up and down. The only downside to me is the dead flower to the right of the others draws my attention more than the other two simply because it is that. Over all though it was wonderfully done an I admire it. Hope you keep up the good work.
